Itinerary
Day 1 : Delhi to Shimla. Start a scenic road journey
- Reach a predetermined spot in Delhi and board your transfer to Shimla.
- Enjoy a scenic 8-hour drive to Shimla, through winding mountain roads.
- Upon reaching Shimla, check-in to the hotel and rest for some time.
- The rest of the day is at leisure and you are free to roam and explore the popular landmarks and local markets around the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 2 : Local sightseeing in Shimla. Excursion to Kufri
- Wake to a refreshing morning in the mountains and start your day by having your breakfast.
- Get ready to board your transfers to begin your sightseeing for the day.
- You will first visit the quaint hamlet of Kufri, located just 14 km from Shimla.
- Enjoy your time as you visit the Indira Tourist Park at Chilni Bungalow and indulge in various fun rides here.
- After spending some time here, start your return journey to Shimla.
- Reach Shimla and visit the Himalayan Zoo to get a glance at the rare and exotic Himalayan animal and bird species.
- Next, you will visit Jakhoo Hill to seek the blessing of Lord Hanuman at Jakhoo Temple and also visit the Sankat Mochan Viewpoint for some breathtaking valley views.
- You will also be visiting the Rashtrapati Niwas that once served as the residence of the
- British Viceroy of India.
- In the evening, stroll leisurely on the famous Ridge and the bustling Mall road, where you will visit the Neo-gothic styled Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Town Hall and the Scandal Corner.
- After completing your day’s sightseeing, return back to your hotel in Shimla.
- Overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 3 : Shimla to Manali. En route visit the Kullu Valley
- Wake up to a refreshing morning in the mountains and have your breakfast.
- Get ready to start our road journey to Manali via Kullu.
- On the way when passing through the Mandi district, you will see the beautiful Pandoh Dam which offers views that are refreshing for the eyes, mind, and soul.
- You will then stop in the quaint Kullu town to visit the Kullu Shawl Factory, Rabbit Farm, and the Raghunath Temple.
- By evening, reach the popular hill station of Manali and check-in to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 4 : Visit the Solang Valley. Half-Day Local Sightseeing in Manali
- Have your breakfast in the morning and get ready for an exciting day.
- Board your transfer to the beautiful Solang Valley, a paradise for winter activities.
- Reach Solang Valley and you can indulge in a number of adventure sports like paragliding, zorbing, quad biking or take a cable car ride to enjoy the bird’s eye view.
- In winter, this valley is heaven for winter sports like skiing, sledding, etc.
- After spending enough time in the valley, start your return journey to Manali.
- On the way back to Manali, visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, dedicated to a demon goddess.
- You will then visit the Manu Temple, followed by a visit to the Vashisht temple and immerse yourself in the spiritual aura.
- Next, we will also visit the famous Tibetan Monastery in Manali.
- The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the Mall Road of Manali, where you can visit some of the best cafes in Manali or indulge in a shopping spree.
- Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Manali.
Day 5 : Full day excursion to Rohtang Pass.
- Post breakfast in the morning, board your transfers to visit the iconic Rohtang Pass.
- Enjoy this breathtaking drive to Snow Point on the road to Rohtang Pass (Closed on Tuesdays).
- Pass through the beautiful sights of glacier peaks, Lahaul Valley and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang.
- Rohtang Pass is covered with snow all around the year and lying at an elevation of 3978 m it offers a breathtaking view of the Himalayas.
- You will then return to the hotel in Manali.
- Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 6 : Manali to Delhi. Departure
- After having your breakfast at the hotel, pack your bags and get ready to start your return journey.
- Board your transfers and enjoy a scenic drive back to Delhi.
- Your tour concludes once you are dropped off at the airport/railway station for your onward journey.
- Depart with a bag of happy memories.
